PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Programs, workshops, seminars, leagues, seasons and other services shall be offered at various times for a fee by thezonehouston.com or affiliated partners operating in conjunction with thezonehouston.com.  Each service, and/or product offered will have specific terms for payments and refunds spelled out in the program signup materials.  Unless specified to the contrary in any specific program terms, all payments shall be considered non-refundable and no refunds will be offered.  Payments accepted online will be protected by digital certificate and credit card transactions will be encrypted between thezonehouston.com and our payment processor.  No credit card data is retained by thezonehouston.com once the transaction is handed over to the payment processing service.  Repetitive billing and ACH payments are handled by our card processor and are protected and secured by the security systems in place and managed by them.
